Crumlin Member ATT Request

An Authorization to Transport (ATT) is required to transport a restricted or prohibited firearm to or from anywhere in Canada. It is only valid for the specific locations indicated on it.

Crumlin members may use this form to request or renew your ATT. OR, you may click here to open a pdf form which you can mail or deliver to the club.

Note: It is your responsibility to notify Crumlin and CFC and CFO of any address change. Crumlin will not forward the information to CFC and CFO.
